Item 3: Song lyric

Firefly

When I said go I never meant away
You ought to know the freaky games we play
could you forgive and learn how to forget
hear me as I'm calling out your name

Firefly come back to me
make the night as bright as day
I'll be looking out for you
tell me that your lonely too
firefly come lead me on
follow you into the sun
that's the way it ought to be
firefly come back to me

You and me
we shared a mystery
we were so close
like honey to the bee
And if you tell me how to make you understand
I'm minor in a major kinda way

Firefly come back to me
make the night as bright as day
I'll be looking out for you
tell me that your lonely too
firefly come lead me on
follow you into the sun
that's the way it ought to be
firefly come back to me

Fly firefly through the sky
come and play with my desire
don't be long don't ask why
I can't wait another night

Rhetorical devices:
Metonymy: The firefly for the girl’s lover.

1 nhận xét:

  1. You illustrate your three items with colorful pictures, which makes these items lively and attracting. I am really impressed!
Moreover, there is one song lyric in your entry which no one in our class has mentioned before. That's a creative thinking!
Besides, I also have some detailed comments for your items.
Item 1: I think you should change some words in your message to make it meaningful. "Provide sb with sth" mean "to give someone something that they need", but in the message you use "provide you bad luck". It is not suitable.
    Item 2:
    - What is the unique and weird way to solve traffic jam?
    - Pay attention to grammar in your sentences. You can try these:
+ The traffic congestion occurs in every corner in Hanoi every day.
+ This bad traffic condition is only solved with a very unique and weird way.
Item 3:I like this very much.
Anyway, thanks for sharing significant messages!
