Item 1:Prejudice
"Gender discrimination, whether at workplace or at home that exists in today's society.For instance, an organization which hires more of male candidates and rejects women, due to their gender ".
This is commonly observed prejudices. Traditionally, women have had to suffer from the bias of the society and to some extent, government. Discrimination of any form leads to inequality and prevents an individual from gaining her deserved place. One more example is of an organization, where women are hired equally, but not given top jobs. Such organizations are practicing sexism - gender discrimination too.
Item2: Stereotype
1. French stereotype
Thinking about the French, people often remind of some images and habits which creates French stereotype such as
-Wearing berets and carry baguettes
-Drinking a lot of wine
-Eating a lot of cheese
-Disliking taking risks
-Romantic and kind-hearted
2. Japanese stereotype
Similarly, Japanese stereotype are:
-Strict social order
-Extreme competition
-Industriousness
-Economical
We make generalizations about certain people, without knowing them fully. Often times, we have no idea or lack information about the "total picture" and end up filling in with our own assumptions, which are based upon what we might have read in a book or seen on TV or movies.In fact,not all French or Japenese have above-mentioned features.
Item 3: Discrimination
In a public toilet of America, there are two different kinds of washing basin for the white and the black. It can be seen that American people still have discrimination against the black in particular, and other races, in general.
This picture depicts two men- one is a black man, and one is a white man. It is obvious that they are not friends but enemies because while the black man is friendly putting his hand on the white’s shoulder, the white man is tightening the black man’s neck by his hand. This action represents the discrimination against the black people.

Firstly, you should have clearer organization to help readers locate: where is the article you find and where is your analysis as well as your final conclusion for that article.
In item 1, In my opinion, it is not just prejudice, it must be discrimination, because, as you can see, with the prejudice about women, the organization hires more men candidate & rejects women ( prejudice in action). They treat women unfair => discrimination.
I realize that your entry 3 has different organiation with all others.

- a real situation/ picture/ clip/ survey/ article that extracted from particular source on the internet.
- What is type of bias?
- Analysis?
Your first item shouled be replaced by an article from online newspapers.
I think it is not too hard to find one
Furthermore, i think 1 example/picture is enough for each item
